Moving feature cards
We believe that customers find Seats and Marketing Contacts usage on Overview more important than Products & Add-ons based on qualitative feedback.
If we move Seats and Marketing Contacts cards above the Products and Add-ons for all users we will see customers clicking on their CTAs more and discoverability of these actions increases.
Overall we are seeking to increase the discoverability of Marketing Contacts and Billing comprehension.
We believe that customers can’t fi nd Account & Billing functionality connected to Seats and Marketing Contacts based on CSAT, qualitative feedback, and discoverability .
From billing inquiries, CSAT feedback, discoverability and usability dashboard, we know our customers are facing problems not finding the available features and information they are looking for. Our business would benefit from investing in Account & Billing navigation to decrease the operation cost of billing inquiries raised on the back of not finding existing features and information.
